Hello! I'm Tay, the creative behind 'Longing For Land' with too many different art related hobbies and a passion for country people.
I entered the rural landscape about 9 years ago, being from the coast of Perth originally, and fell in love with the work & the company. I was determined to create a life amongst the golden afternoons & easy chat and reflect the way I see these communities into art.
My photography, original art and the Rural Rug is a result of that and I'm still learning more ways. When I'm not painting or capturing images, I'm hunting FB marketplace for vintage bargains I can upcycle and going to the local tip shop to find goodies for my garden. Come along :)
